What’s the ultimate way to achieve happiness? The answer is simple… simply be happy.

What a load of …#$@%#@$%#$%! How can I get to be happy when I have to deal with problems or mishaps that happen in everyday life, not to mention the tragedies? This is the time when you need to stop and meditate. Meditation can be done in many ways, just find one that works best for your purpose.

Being happy most of the time is an incredibly difficult task, both in simply doing it and then keeping aware of what you have discovered. Even with these difficulties happiness can be achieved through meditation. Look at where you are in life. You did not get there in a few days or months, but trough a journey of many years.

They way you are today is a product of everyday that you have lived on this earth. All of the decisions that you have made, good and bad. It’s time to meditate and see if you are really happy with where you are in your life. If you are, congratulations. Keep doing what you’re doing!

If you’re not completely happy, you need to meditate on what changes you can make in your life to acquire your dreams and your destiny. Your true happiness. If you don’t figure this out and take action, you’ll be an unhappy spectator wondering what could have been.

Some of what you’re reading may seem foolish, impossible or ridiculous, causing you to ridicule what you have read. Before you reject the idea entirely consider whether you are truly happy with your life and if not it’s time to meditate.

Even if you’re in a situation that is unhappy, events are seldom 100% good or bad. Happy or unhappy. Through meditation you can find the happiness hidden in even the darkest moments.
