Easy ways to fight your negative thoughts

Negative thoughts on your mind? And what do you do to get rid of them? Nothing? Hmm…that’s not going to work. Want to know the best way to clear your head and let yourself forget about those negative thoughts?

It will sound very trivial, but it’s 100% true! You have to stay busy! My guess would be ….. you feel down, you don’t want to see anyone or go anywhere. So, you do exactly that – you don’t go anywhere and you don’t see anyone. But does that make you feel better? No. Probably you feel even worse.

So, the rule is simple! If you don’t want to go anywhere – you HAVE TO go! If you don’t want to see people, you HAVE to go and meet your friend for lunch.

Make a list of things you have to do and stick to it (but don’t go shopping! it’s dengerous! ;)

Find a hobby, join your neighbourhood community center, volunteer, but please do not lock yourself up and feel sorry for yourself!

Do it now…. turn off your computer and think what kind of POSITIVE things you have in your life … Can you breathe? Can you walk? Can you read? You know, some people can’t do those “simple” things or need support to walk or machines to breathe…just think about it for a second …..
